DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO REFUND POLICY

All NurseLegacy products are digital downloads (PDF ebooks). Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental duplicate purchases (please contact us — we can help)
• Incompatibility with your device or PDF reader
• Partial use of the product

EXCEPTIONS — WHEN WE WILL HELP

We will gladly issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
• You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase
• The file is corrupted, unreadable, or incomplete
• You were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge)
